Returning an iPhone to Apple question

I ordered a 5S online from Apple.com and it was delivered on 10/1. The website states returns for an iPhone can be made up to "30 days from delivery date." I went online to setup a return and it says it is "ineligible for return."

Anyone else have this issue or know why?

Returning because I want (and obtained) a 32GIG, this is 16GIG. It was a "full price" purchase so there are no contract issues involved.

If I recall correctly, I had to call 1 800 MY APPLE to initiate the return.
