So I'm returning my free Incase Snap Case - Clear for replacement because it has defect but who do I contact? Apple or Incase?😕
 
Best bet would be starting with Apple. Some people here were able to change their order (pre-shipping) but I'm not 100% sure that Apple will take yours back and exchange it for something else. Incase wouldn't even bother with you since you, technically, didn't buy it from them. I'd suggest you call up Apple directly and see if they would be able to take a return for your case.
