hi guys,

last week my iMac got delivered and there are some things i am not happy with and decided I wanted a refund and go for something else.

Anyway, when I went to my account to access the refund page it tells me that this product is not eligible for a refund, please see the sales and return policy.

upon viewing the policy i cannot see any reasons why they shouldnt accept a refund, is there something i am missing?

I am going to phone them in a few hours when the lines open to try and get more info, thought I would post/ask here first 🙂
