On the Apple Store website, it says iPhones purchased online are ineligible for return to Apple Retail stores, but I've been told otherwise by several online Apple Retail reps. Anyone have experience with this, or is there anyone who was able to do this? Thanks.

I've always been told they will not accept it in a retail store if you buy online. Unless it's changed.

Never heard of that being the case until that note on the website was revealed yesterday

That is a new condition, and one I don't understand.

Yeah, this is pretty confusing. Website says you can't do it, but in Live Chat and over the phone reps have told me it wouldn't be a problem. Not sure what's right.
