has anyone here returned a bto online-bought macbook for a replacement (not a refund) not in-store but by using the courier?

i want to know if they bring the replacement laptop to my address at the same time as picking up my one or do apple receive my one before dispatching the replacement

thanks.

I had my Mac Mini replaced once - within the first week of it arriving - as it had a small dent.

They dispatched me a new one but also took my credit card details as well. I had to send them my old unit back within 2 weeks or so after I had received the replacement unit. They provided labels etc so I didn't have to pay any postage.
They took my card details just in case I didn't return the old one, which is fair enough 😉

I wouldn't worry, they are usually pretty good with replacements and you aren't left out of pocket either.
They also mark your replacement as a higher priority as well, so you shouldn't have to wait a long time to receive it.
