Hi, quick question. I've never returned an iPhone and switched back but I will be tomorrow. Will Apple assist with reactivating my previous phone or do I need to contact Verizon?

Is it esim? or a physical SIM card? If it's a physical SIM card, all you need to do is take it out of your PM and insert it to your 12. I'm not sure about the esim part as I haven't used that before.

Thanks, I assume it is a SIM card. Good thought, seems straight forward then.

I switch sims between my s10 plus and iPhone On Verizon. After I insert SIM card, I power phone off and on again.

Just a quick follow up. The new phones are default esim so I had to stop by a Verizon store and they re-activated my 12.
