Bought a refurbished iPad mini 4 128gb six days ago. This morning my son went to use it and it was sitting in restore mode, and then later when I had chance to check it it was now completely dead and won’t power on. Holding Power / Home doesn’t help, plugging it into a power source doesn’t trigger a power on, can’t access via iTunes (power for five, home for 15, etc).

Has anyone had any issues returning a refurbished product before?
 
If bought from Apple’s web refurbished shop this won’t be a problem. For anyone else claiming to have refurbished products- check with the seller directly.

Of course it was. Apple’s refurbished carry twelve month warranties.
