I don't know how Apple's return or exchange policy works so if someone who knows could post some info i'd much appriciate it. :).

Basically I bought my iPod touch from NYC and it has a bad screen.

Will apple offer repairs or exchanges? If it's a repair then I know Apple will do that over here. If it's an exchance i'm not so certain they will do that as it was bought in the USA.

Apple stuff has a Worldwide warranty. Just check the warranty info on one of the papers you received with your new iPod.

Great idea!! You should Buy TONS of iPods in the US and then return them in the UK you could win millions!!:D

My only experience with returning faulty items which I'd bought in the US to the UK was that they had to go back via the Genius Bar and couldn't be a straight exchange at the till. It was headphones in my case and they were going to give me a set of the 'repaired' one that they keep behind the Genius Bar but they were out of them so the manager just exchanged them for a new retail pair.
