Sorry one more q - do they include a prepaid label in the shipping box or can it be printed on their website or only way to return is at the store?

If Apple ships you a box to return an item, you should expect a pre-paid shipping label - there will be instructions included on how to complete that shipping process.

I returned two items back to Apple and each time I was given a FedEx prepaid label.
