guys - does apple indeed charge a 25% restocking fee on opened items like it's website says?

Sorry one more q - do they include a prepaid label in the shipping box or can it be printed on their website or only way to return is at the store?
 
If Apple ships you a box to return an item, you should expect a pre-paid shipping label - there will be instructions included on how to complete that shipping process.
