I've got a 2.0ghz black Macbook from the first run. Core Duo clocked at 2.0ghz and is 32bit.

Is it worth upgrading to Snow Leopard considering I don't have a 64bit processor or graphics card?

Not so much faster for me, but the UI tweaks are nice. Plus, soon a lot of apps are going to be 10.6 only.

Unless there is a feature you need/want, or you have s/w that requires it no, stick w/ Leopard.

Why not? You can benefit from GCD and the system has generally been polished under the hood (apart from OpenCL and other stuff). Since it's just $30 ...
