Reverse Printing Fix ??

All my applications are printing the pages in reverse order on my HP Laserjet 1012. I've read various threads on this but none seem to address the problem. Is there a way to fix this globally in OS X so you don't have to change it in every application?

Thats really puzzling.. I cant find a way to do it globally.

Does each application not remember the last settings you use? I know you can change it in File > Print > Paper Handling, in each application (which I'm guessing you already know about), I just presumed it remembered your last settings.
