Reverse switcher looking for software I was used to on the Mac

So I switched jobs and lost my beloved 15" PowerBook. Now I'm using a Dell D600. A nice little laptop, but no OS X. No iLife. But what I really miss are all the cool little apps like Salling Clicker, BluePhoneMenu, QuickSilver, etc.

Does anyone know an adequate Windows substitute for QuickSilver?

Thanks, but I was more interested in the application launcher aspect of it. I found the following app which is ugly but does the job:

Yeah, but I figured it would be hard to communicate how cool QuickSilver is to someone who's never used it before. I figured the people most likely to be able to help me are people that are primarily Mac users, but also use PCs.
