So I updated an app (SoundYeah) and now it crashes on startup. I've e-mailed the dev, but is there any way to go back to a non-updated version?

I emptied my trash after updating, so the 1.0 ipa isn't on my computer anymore.

I've turned the iPad off and back on, and resynced it. Is there anything else I could to to try to get the app working right?
 
You can try deleting the app and downloading again from the app store. That will delete any local configuration.
