Inateck was kind enough to send me one of their sleeves to review. This is my humble opinion after using it for a few days.
As every college student, I have a bag filled with books, notebooks and cables waiting to scratch my MacBook Air everytime I put it in.
A sleeve is a must for me. I believe a good one should be confortable to use, well made, and, if possible, good looking.
The Inateck Felt Sleeve for Macbook Air 11” is not only super confortable and well made, but it’s also gorgeous.
My 11” MBA fits perfectly, even with a plastic case. The felt exterior gives it a nice grip and an outstanding appearance.
The sleeve also comes with a big pocket that I found perfect for my 8.4” Tablet.
In addition to the sleeve, Inateck includes a small felt bag and a screen cleaning cloth.
While the small bag is advertised as ideal for the MacBook charger, I found it perfect to carry my wireless mouse and my micro USB cable.
If I was asked to list the cons, I would say that the only one is its size.
Even though it doesn’t dramatically increase the space needed to carry my laptop, it does take some more room than the 11 inches naked.
Again, not a big deal if we consider how much protection it adds. Not only against scratches, but also against possible drops and bumps.
To summarize: I highly recommend it. It’s good looking, gets the job done, comes with some nice extras and it’s pretty cheap.
