My wife dropped her iphone which of course shattered the screen. There was no way that I was going to pay Apple $199 to replace the screen so i started to look for a less expensive way.

After searching around i came across http://www.zeetron.com/

They sell a "IPhone Digitizer 3gS With 3m Adhesive OEM" for $29.99 plus 4.99 shipping (you can also buy it from their ebay account for 24.99 with free shipping)

It took 3 days to get the glass. It came with a tool set and a link to two how to videos.

from the time we started to the time we finished was less then 20 min and most of that was trying to get each small piece of glass off and fighting with connector #3. On a scale of 1-10 i would give this fix a 3 in terms of difficulty.

the screen feels the exact same as my iPhone, highly responsive, and best of all not broken.

    total cost was $24.99.

    any questions just ask
