It's not as bad as the vast majority of people make it out to be. Most people don't need walking directions, and using Siri to input my directions is quite nifty.

Why would you make such a statement? You can't back that up with evidence. I would say that walking directions is used quite a lot.
For me personally I only use walking/cycling directions most of the time. In car GPS units are still superior either way for driving directions for various reasons.

There's no metric for "crappy" sales numbers.

If your sales would have gone up by 35% because you made your product available in more territories, and sales instead went up by 15%, have you done amazing sales numbers that demonstrate people love the product, or have you done increasingly crappy sales numbers but momentum isn't immediately apparent?

Because I think most of us here would say that Microsoft are suffering, but if you ignore momentum, market size etc that means that the population regarded Windows Vista as being the best operating system in human history.

So, pick any country where you can compare Apple's sales on previous models and show me where their sales were down...or even flat!

If their growth was by additional carrier numbers alone, they would be skewered in the press as that info is readily available.

I'm not saying people should NOT complain about the lack of change in iOS or even the phones from one model to the next. Apple is selling an entire ecosystem and their model is working better than even they could have possibly predicted. It would take the most incredible phone/operating system in the world to break me away from the lock Apple has me in with apps and music across almost all my devices.

Congrats, you've learned how the copy and paste function works on your operating system.

What the hell any of it has to do with my post is beyond me.

1) Android is much more susceptible to malware, making it less desirable than iOS.
2) Apple is at the very least treading water in various surveys on OS usage and popularity. Some say Apple's lead is growing.
3) I just showed a small study that disproved your whole point about the removal of Google Maps making iOS "worse." Apple Maps had a few glaring problems in the beginning, but it's nowhere near as bad as so many people would have you think.

this mapping system will be the best mapping sytem around the world and it will really be REVOLUTIONARY!
You might want to refer to a dictionary. Crowdsourced map data is not revolutionary.

How about thinking it in a different way with 1 example which is true ..
Wikipedia the worlds biggest online encyclopedia. It is an encyclopedia which can be edited by anyone without any ID or anything .. It's the most reliable source of information on thr net
Really? Again, refer to a dictionary. Wikipedia is not a credible source. It's a handy starting point but needs verification.

Most people don't need walking directions
Citation? This sounds like another "I don't use it so no one uses it" comment. Even if most don't use it enough use it to make it a useful feature.

Okay... The data will be unreliable .. How about taking twitter for example.
The data could be put up by users and could be verified by Apple.. It would still be much faster and convenient for everyone.. Any views on this?
