Have 3 woven bands that alternate for sleeping but all are too loose, an easy/effective way to shrink them down 1 sze?

I've read that washing them and putting them in the dryer helps shrink them back to their original size--I can't speak about purposefully shrinking them.

Probably wash with a hot cycle and high heat--not sure if they will mess up the band.

I haven't tried any of this myself, only read about it.

Braided solo loops? Once it stretched out, washing and dryer doesn't really work. Even it looks got shrunk, it will be stretched out again quickly. I tried. So I only buy braided solo for discounted price now🤪

If they are Braided Solo's, NO CHANCE. Apple should fix or stop selling them IMHO.
Yeah…agree! I’ve got two of them. So, my wrist is 8 3/16 inches. If you look at Apple’s sizing too for the braided solo loops (46mm size) I’m off the charts at the a large end (e.g., sorry, this band doesn’t fit your wrist message).

Well, back when I had the series 6 (Product Red), I took the dive and bought the charcoal size 12 braided loop…awesome combo. It worked for a while…then got “stretchy” and was sliding all over my wrist. Took it into Apple and they replaced it with a “red” braided loop, size 11 (e.g., the charcoal was long gone). It worked for a while too…but became stretchy.

I guess I needed a size 10? Anyway, I still have the red braided loop…but now I have the Ultra 2 and the fit is even “more loose” as the lugs of the Ultra are farther apart. 🤷🏼‍♂️
