My ribbon cable that connects the hdd to the logicboard of my MBA 2008 version is broken, a new one costs more than 50 dollars, I want to make a solution for it, that I connect a cable with the connector to the logiboard and so to my SATA drive. Does anyone know how the connector side of the ribbon cable is called that connects the hdd to the logicboard. not to the hdd, but to the logicboard.

Pretty sure the only solution is to buy a new cable.
