So i've been using mail.app for the last few days with my MobileMe(ss) account. I have it (mail.app) setup to compose email in rich text using the Georgia font. For some reason when I send emails from mail.app, it gets converted to plain text. I've been testing it out by sending emails to my gmail account. Is this a normal function or is it something else? Perhaps MM is converting it to plain text since you can't compose rich text emails from within the MM webmail application.

How do I ensure that it is kept as rich text vs. plain text?

There are settings for this in mail app/preferences/composing...
The first drop down is "Message format" and offers rich or plain text.

On down you also have the option to: "Use the same format as the original message" I keep this one checked also...

Give it a try :)
