What's next, Lady Gaga being a hermaphrodite?
Oh wait, that is a topic already.
I was googling the lyrics to "Disco Stick" the other
night and right after starting to enter the Gaga
part in the Google box, one of the recent searches
was just that.
"Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite?"
LOL.
The ensuing video was quite entertaining.
Well, he was in one of the gayest movies ever. (NSFW language)

There are some other photos from whatever was happening there that are downright horrifying in a sort of over the top hilarious sort of way. I was going to post this as an image but realized not everyone may have their clorox eye wash handy so heres a link for the masochists- http://celebritystylespot.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Lady-Gaga-Grammys-Glittery-Costume.jpgDude, I'm sorry- that's Marilyn Manson.![]()
A lot has changed since then. I remember the big hoopla about the first gay kiss on TV in her sitcom. There was non-stop TV and magazine coverage about it for at least two weeks before the episode. Now gay kiss is everywhere on TV, even the major broadcast channels. A big stigma is still there for male athletes, but definitely not for actors. It might make it more difficult to sell them as idols for teenage girls, but it probably does not matter even for that purpose.Indeed, if you look at Ellen DeGeneres' case, when she came out in 1997 it caused quite a lot of PR grief for her for several years until she started to rebuild her image as a talk show host

Marilyn's definitely gone crotchy with this schtick but we all knew he packs a mean tuck for a while now.

Funny... My wife likes that show, so I have seen that scene, too. It seems every sitcom on ABC or ABC family has at least one gay couple. If an alien were to land today and start watching ABC, he would probably conclude that openly gay people comprise 20% of the US population. The last 10-12 years made a huge difference, even though most gay males are still depicted as quite over the top and odd. Gay females come across as more normal. I don't know if other networks are like that though...I was actually kind of shocked when a couple of weeks ago on Ugly Betty they showed two guys kiss. But they werent just any guys, they were like 15 year old boys.
