Sorry![]()
You never know they may have forgot to update the tracking for it ?
When is your delivery estimate ? mines the 4th of July
Currently they're saying the 7th or 8th, which will probably mean Monday the 9th...

My 2.4 15" M 7200 (ordered on the 20th) has been prepared for shipment for 2 or 3 days and still shows shipping/delivery estimates of 01 & 13 August. The midweek flurry of "Hurray, mine's shipped!" posts seems to have dried up. Does anyone know how many times a week they ship to Europe from Shanghai?
Also, is the Chinese weekend similar to the Western weekend - i.e. is that it now until Monday.
Not that I'm impatient or anything.
P.S. Any news on Osprey's machine? Now that's a scary delay.
My computer has the yellow tint at the bottom of the screen and I'm sending it to Apple for them to replace the screen. This kind of sucks. Since it's the customized 7200, the Apple store can't really do anything about it.

Has any one ordered the same MacBook Pro as I did?
MBP 15-inch Glossy, 2.4GHz, 2GB, 160GB 7200 rpm.
And already have it shipped, while ordering it later than I did?
Order Date: Jun 6, 2007 at 03:38 AM PDT
I want to see how many of you there are, so I can perhaps call apple!
No, absolutely nothing is going on with mine. I have decided that I need to just show more patience and quit complaining. Koops' was originally scheduled to be shipped on July 3 (if I am not mistaken) and I have my fingers crossed that his actually ships and doesn't get bumped (that would just be too much!) As for me, I will survive the delay as long as I get one that is relatively defect-free and don't have to return it. Since I will be new to Macs, I need some time to learn how to use them before I start my next big project. Congratulations to everyone that is starting to receive their new 7200 SR MBP and I can't tell you how sorry I am for those of you that received one with the yellow tint. After such a long and tedious wait, that just stinks!
I ordered the EXACT same thing (2.4, glossy, and 7200 rpm) on June 16th, and it arrived at my house on June 28th.

Well il update everyone when I get mine (should be tomorrow).
Hopefully some good news.
Yeah, rub it in why don't you!
Seriously though it would be interesting to see people who live near by getting their machines. If mine really is on the ground in China while others who ordered after me are playing with their new toys, it'll be the last time I rush out to buy any new Apple gear...
Did you order through any special store or anything?
I ordered mine through ADC
Though by the looks of things it doesn't make a difference
I've noticed that the estimate on the UK Apple site for the 2.4 15" MBPs (all configurations) is "Ready to ship: 7 days" whereas the US site has "Ships: 5-7 business days."
Is that just a "Tom-ah-to, Tom-ay-to" thing? "Ready to ship" sounds awfully like "Prepared for shipment", or "Still in China until further notice."
