How do I? Running XP on a white macbook. Can't figure out how to right click with the trackpad mouse 1 button.

Are you doing it the same way as in OS X?

Mine works for some reason.

I looked in the Control Panel and there is nothing there. Hmmmm....

I believe that you can can put two fingers on the trackpad, and press the trackpad button at the same time to do a right click.

I use Input Remapper, and have mapped the right Apple key (next to the spacebar) on my MBP to right-click. Super fast. Works much better than the trackpad too.

right-click on mac trackpad in windows

When I first installed Windows (Bootcamp), it was easy to right-click in Windows. It worked just like I had it set up in MacOS. Just tap the bottom right corner of the trackpad for a right-click.

But suddenly it doesn't work. First, what began happening is, any time I tap anywhere to do a regular ("left") click, it would randomly do a right-click instead, about 50% of the time.

Now, it won't do a right-click at all (using a single tap). So I will have to try some of the tips mentioned on this thread. But I shouldn't have to. Clicking the corner worked before, so it should still work. I have never needed to install any special software. I only installed the Bootcamp drivers.
