Right clicking on the desktop

Is that option still in Mac OS Mavericks? I updated last night and trying to find the option in settings where I can re-enable it again?

In System Preferences under Mouse, make sure the secondary button is enabled.

If you have a Logitech mouse, like I do, the right-click is an option under the Logitech preferences.
