Right ear bud not charging reliably (AirPods Pro)

I'm having an issue where the right earbud doesn't charge properly. For example, this morning I opened the case and the right earbud was at 1%, whereas the left earbud was fully charged. I've looked inside of the case, and I don't see any obstruction or reason that the right earbud wouldn't charge. Do I need to send these back to Apple?

It's not that they won't charge, it's that the right earbud specifically charges erratically.

Take some isopropyl alcohol and a few q-tips and clean the charging contacts on both the case and the earbuds.
