Resolved Right fan broken?

I recently started using Fan Control, an app that adjusts the minimum fan speed depending on the current CPU temperature.

As you can see on the screen shot, my right fan value is -1. What does that mean? Is it broken? What should I do? 😕

Are you using a 13" MBP? If so, there's only one fan

Be careful. Messing around with your fan speeds when you didn't even know how many they were in your machine shows a wee bit of lack of information. Read up on the topic if you're gonna play around with your system.

I will, thanks. It's just for when my laptop gets too hot, which doesn't occur that often.

I didn't realize the 13" only had one fan. Good to know!
