Right fan spinning slower?

I have some problems with the right side of the Macbook Pro. Sometimes a rattling sound is coming from it. So I installed iStat Pro and I noticed that the right fan is always spinning slower. The difference can be 400 rpm.

So I got a faulty Macbook Pro?
