Hello,

Is there a way on macOS to change the settings for the columns in folders to set "Right Size This Column" permanently and globally? It's very irritating to not see the entire file name. I can't find the setting to do that.... thanks

From OSX 10.5 / 6 notes: ... no resize widget.. just place curser on column line.
Finder columns:
Option dragging the resize widget || will resize all columns, wide or narrow, all the same and seems to stick.
Otherwise:
Double clicking on the resize widget || will expand that column to show all.
Option double click will temporarily resize columns to the largest width needed..

Best I can find..
