"Ring Once" Function?

I have been trying to figure out how I can make my iphone ring once and then stop. Can anybody help me with this? I want an audible noise to occur while I am at work, however I don't want it to ring for 30 seconds if I leave my phone at my desk. Thanks.

I'm not sure if there's a function or app like this, but if not, as a workaround, you could make a custom ringtone that's thirty seconds long that's a noise at the start followed by thirty seconds of silence.

That won't help if you have custom ringers though.

You can do this with garageband and just cut out the sound.
