Nope, not with the current OS. Maybe that changes with OS2 but I haven't heard of any indication for this from the beta.

Personally my watch & phone are muted. A couple of taps on the wrist every now and then are enough.

Ugh... just the thought of people's annoying ringtones - now duplicated and out-of-sync... no thanks.

As of OS 2 beta, there aren't any added settings for this, so no.
