Ringer loud then quiet

Just got the ipx last week and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. When someone calls me and the phone starts ringing, the first ring is loud and then each ring after is much quieter. Is there a setting I changed by accident from my backup when I restored, or is it a hardware issue and I need to exchange this phone?

This is a feature. Since the phone knows when it has your attention because of the True Depth camera system it lowers the ringer volume once you’re looking at it because it doesn’t need to be as loud.

I assume this would stop if you turned off the attention aware setting.
