ringer volume changing by itself

has anyone else benn having their
Ringer volume change by it self? I always
Have mine set to the highest setting and
Often when I go into settings is has
Somehow droped down to like 3/4 on the
slider bar and I always have to bump it
Back up to full volume.

you might have the maximum volume limit set to that level, then it will always go down

This is a known problem on the forum. It was mentioned here https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/530798/

Definitely a bug in 2.0 firmware. I had my 2G for a year a never had this problem until I upgraded to 2.0. It's still not fixed in 2.0.1!

Not sure when (or if) Apple will get around to correcting it.

I got the same problem here w/ my old iPhone w/ 2.0 but it's not that major.

Thanks for the info.

I wasn't sure if it was a bug or not and wasn't sure
if it was, if it was fixed in 2.0.1 which I haven't updated to
yet as it seems thats a 50/50 shot of being a hot mess from
what I've seen in various interweb writings.
