I ordered and received the Caudabe Veil in frost today and really like it. Doesn't have bottom protection but that's not a deal breaker for me. It fits like a glove and adds a tad more grip than the naked phone. It's does have more grip than the Ringke Slim.

It does kind of bug me a bit that they charge 14.99 for a piece of plastic that probably costs less than 5 cents to manufacture. I guess it's all about what the market will bear and I paid for it, didn't I? I'm sure they also have a ton of these types of cases for a buck a piece on eBay but then you wait 3 weeks for them to ship and have to order 5 to get one decent one.

For those of who you owns the Ringke Slim case. Do you find it to be difficult to install or remove the case? Especially when the case's lip scrapes and squeezes against the power button. I wonder if this would cause any issues for the power button.

Anyone can comment on this? Is the psaj worth double the price?

no. go for ringke slim.

watch youtube how to uninstall ringke slim in 2secs.

reading people's experience with this case it seems that it feels cheap and not very protective, slippery, and the camera protrudes out of the case. am i right? any other issues?

how does it compare to the fusion?

what case will you be getting instead of this?

Not at all. The Slim (Black soft touch) is a matte feel and feels great in the hand. I also have SPIGEN Air and the Noot Slim case as well. These type of cases make the iPhone 6 a bit easier to hold (iphone 6 is extremely slippery). Each of these thin cases provide sufficient camera protection.

The Ringke Slim is an excellent case and would recommend it to anyone looking for a slim case.

I'm using the slim now in black on my plus. The only part bothering me is the degree of curvature as it wraps the phone edges. It's like it is insufficient. Apple's silicone case brings it up and over so all you touch is roundness. Ringke slim stops at a certain point where it becomes lay on table and there's the perceptible plastic edge that I'm finding annoying to the fingertips.

I'll be giving it some time, though. I dislike Apple's silicone for the wear marks that show up in less than a week's worth of use.

I have been on a case-buying binge recently in that elusive attempt to find the perfect case and failing dismally. I always seem to go back to the Midnight Blue Apple Leather case I bought the same day I got the phone. Anyway, I currently have the Ringke Slim in Clear and Gunmetal (with logo cutout), the Ringke Fusion Clear and the PowerSupport Air Jacket in Black (rubberized). I also tried the PS in Clear Matte but the "matte" finish was already peeling off when I opened the package. Exchanged it for a Clear Air Jacket which scratched the first day and was too slippery. Exchanged again for the black. My thoughts with my Space Gray 6+:

Ringke Slim Clear: Fits well but a bit slippery. Hasn't scratched yet. But overall, I just don't care for the looks of this case on the phone. Even though it's clear it doesn't really "blend in" with the phone and almost looks a bit tacky. Also it has rough mold marks along the sides.

Ringke Slim Gunmetal: Actually a pretty awesome case. Kinda wish I would have gotten the non-cutout version but they do include protective film to cover the logo. Don't think that's really necessary though. Nice snug fit and the color blends in with the phone. Not as slippery as the clear and smoother mold lines on the sides.

Ringke Fusion: Almost my favorite of the Ringke cases. I like that it offers more protection with the TPU bumper and it looks better on the phone than the clear Slim. Perfect fit and grippy too. My only gripe is what most others praise: the dust caps. The lightning port cover gets in the way when docking. I might just snip them off.

PS Air Jacket Black: Nice smooth edges, somewhat grippy but not a perfect fit. Mine creaks and wiggles a little. Black color looks good on the phone. I am not very confident the finish will last very long though considering my experience with the clear matte version.

I also picked up the "black" Apple silicone case and I find myself mostly leaning towards this one and the Apple leather. They both fit great, feel great, look great and give it just enough grip and a little extra protection without the bulk. The open bottom doesn't bother me very much since it makes it much easier to dock. I'm a little concerned with reviews on the silicone saying it peels after a month or so.
