Ringtone Help

    I just created a ringtone on iTunes and it wont let me sync it to my iPhone it keeps giving me this message "______ was not copied to the iphone _____'s iphone because you are not authorized to play it on this computer." What does it mean? What do I have to do to let it sync. Please help me

    No, you just have to reauthorize the computer.

    I had a similar problem and probably the same solution.

    Those of us who have been using iTunes for a while might well have more than one iTunes account. Apple keeps track of which account relates to which song. It seems that you must be logged in to the correct account that matches the song for which you are buying additional rights to. And that also means you might have to authorize the computer you are on.

    Solution for Ringtone computer authorization

    You have to play the ringtone on your computer first. In the ringtones folder in iTunes, double click the newly created ringtone to authorize. Then it will sync to your iPhone.
