Ringtone?

Is there anyway of having the iphone tell you what number is calling as the ringtone?

Yes there is.
Go to the contact you want to set up, you should see a blue circle with a ! in it.
Click on that.
That opens the prefs for that contact.
Go to edit, look down and you'll see Ringtone.
Highlight it and pick the ring tone you want for them.
Click done, and that's it.

I want the ringtone to have a voice like siri giving me the name of who is calling or tell me the number
