I have been trying to make a ringtone for my iphone. I do the whole thing where I make an AAC version of part of my song but when I want to open the ringtone in windows explorer or save it to my desktop I just get an error message. I've tried googling it a lot but it doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem. Does anybody have any idea what is going on? Thank you for the help!

At the alternatives section.
if you are using your iphone to create this AAC version then the file will be located in your phone - hence why WE wont open it.

you must find the app you used to create this song in iTunes File Sharing and drag the file (or copy paste it) to your PC before dragging it again to your itunes where it will appear under Tones. Sync with your phone and it will copy the file.
