is it me or ringtones bought on my iphone don't auto download or show up in the purchased list in itunes on another computer?

ringtones not synced?

check to make sure you can view the ringtones in explorer (right click on the ringtone in itunes lib and the option should be there)
if you don't see it there then that means the ringtone is not on your computer.
you might need to re-download or copy over from the other machine.
also ringtones must be in .m4r format.
