Ringtones over the air?

The description for Software-Update 3.1 says, there would be a possibility to download ringtones over the air.

Where do I find this feature? I neither find it in the iTunes on my Laptop nor on my iPhone (at least in the German stores).

I think it also says in the notes that it's not available in all regions. It's the center tab in the iTunes app on my phone so I don't think you'd be able to miss it if it was there.

Oh please.

You're not missing much anyway. Very few ringtones so far, and they're all music only...no normal rings or sound effects. It's for teenyboppers.

Pay for ringtones? Lol. You can make them easily in iTunes(as we all know), but it's a cumbersome process. I just use iRinger - quick, easy, painless and free.

Are the ringtones only available on iTunes form the phone? I can not find them in the full store.
