Ok I made a ringtones with Eminems new song "won't back down." it shows up in my iTunes under ringtones but when I go to the ringtones section on my phone it's not there. Is there a special place I'm not looking at or what? I restarted my phone and still nothing. iPhone 4 is my first iPhone so it's taking some getting used too. Any help is appreciated.

If you are manually adding things to your iPhone, make sure you drag and drop it to your phone.

If auto-sync is on, then make sure you have it set to sync to your phone under the "Ringtones" tab that shows when you have the iphone selected in iTunes. And you did make sure it was a .m4r file, right? (And I seem to recall a length cap of about 45 seconds...)

I think the problem is the auto sync it probably wasn't selected, I'm an idiot. I was in a hurry at 9 last night to do it before I left for work. I did the other 2 things you suggested as far as the file extension and the clip I have is only around 35 seconds. Thanks for the help.
