Can I safely remove the ringtones that come with the iPhone? They're just junking up the list and I will never, ever use them.

On a side note, come on - what's the deal with that lame list of native ringtones? Even in the early 90's those would have been lame. It's like putting in a tape deck and white walls on a Ferrari. You've got the coolest piece of technology around and that's the best they can do. Sheeez.

Think of it as motivation to buy ringtones from Apple.

Yep, the choices pretty much suck and they're boring.
But like mentioned they want you to buy the cool ringtones ;)

I agree, the ringtones are kind of sucky. I don't really want to blast music as my ringer, I'd really be happy with LOUDER ringtones which I've been able to do. After the software update tomorrow or Friday that may be lost..hope not.
