RIP Peter Cullen (Voice of Optimus Prime)

I just learned that Peter Cullen died yesterday.

As a huge fan of Transformers Generation One. Forty years ago, Optimus Prime died on the big screen and it still hits like a semi every time I watch scene. Yesterday, his voice has gone silent.😢 This feels worse.😭

Yeah.. this one hurts.

Making it worse: This weekend is 40 years to the day that Transformers: The Movie hit the theaters, when O.P. dies. and sadly, last night I was watching the Transformers channel on PlutoTV. The last episode I watched before turning it off, was War Dawn, which went over the origin of Orion Pax becoming Optimus Prime. So it hurt that the last episode I heard his voice in was his origin, and now him dying.

And with the Apology Tour happening on 9/17, where they are re-releasing the movie to the theaters with new footage of what happens to O.P., I don't know if they are going to continue with it..
