Rip the audio from a DVD?

I have a concert DVD and I'd like to rip the audio off that in full quality. (so no Audio Hijack etc)

What's the easiest way to accomplish this?

(preferably just one long track so I can chop it up into tracks with Ableton Live afterwards)

Thanks jessica, but that thread's over 3 years old, so I figured there might be some newer (better?) software around after all this time ... ?
