Ripping Issues in MakeMKV

Trying to rip the blu-ray of "Now you See Me" I usually just pick the file that is the largest in the list. This blu-ray has about 15-20 of all about the same size 18.5-19.5. I found the 19.5 one which is the largest but apparently this is not it as the movie skips around. Anyone else know which one I should choose or have had this issue?
 
I've seen one DVD that had similarly a number of tracks, all with full length of the movie. All, except one had the chapter order randomised.
I had to play it back in VLC to find the exact track number that plays back in correct sequence.
Apparently another variation of "copy protection".
