iPhone Risk of issues if I jailbreak with passcode lock enabled?

I want to jailbreak my phone for tethering. However, I have software on my phone from work that prevents me from disabling the passcode lock. On the jialbreak site, it says to diable passcode lock before jailbreaking. Am I likely to run into issues since I can't disable it? Thanks!

Ever thought you possibly run into issues with your company?

Just ask - if they are o.k. with jailbreaking they will definitely allow for temporary disabling of the passcode, if not...

That's my only concern. I assume IT will say no to jailbreaking. It's my own personal phone, I just use company software on it.

i've always had a passcode required due to work policy. i've never had an issue with jb'ing on any phone with any ios.
