rMB USB-C syncing to an iPad Pro 12.9

I just picked up one of the new USB-C to Lightning cables from Apple and was wondering if anyone achieved 3.0 speeds syncing to a iPad Pro.

Ps. The iPad pro 12.9 has a USB 3.0 controller built in.
