How does lowering TDP from 35 to 28W and going to an ULV-type CPU affect rMBP's performance? May anyone shed some lights?

It's strange that when running Dota 2 on low settings, HD 4000 outperforms Iris 5100 by 43% and on medium settings, 44%. I thought the Iris iGPU is promised to deliver something like 125% increase in GPU power? Or is the game engine not compatible with the GPU? Just some stupid guess... 🙁
