rMBP 15" AppleCare issue

    I have had ghosting issues on my rMBP 15" for a while now, however because I had exams and school work I could not part with my MBP and leave it in the Apple Store in Australia for a period of time. However, I am now in New Zealand after my studies and we do not have an Apple Store here. After calling Apple Care and asking if Apple could pick up my MBP and ship it to Australia, I was advised that this was not possible and was told to bring it an authorised reseller here in New Zealand. I do not feel comfortable with this and was wondering if I am entitled for them to come pick it up and ship it over to Australia? This issue has caused my so much hassle from several calls and trips in to the Apple Store! Much appreciated for your feedback.

    I'd say no. Check the warranty terms on the Apple web site for Australia to see exactly what you are entitled to.
