rMBP 15" No IR detected 1 hour test - LG

Hi there guys. Just posting my test results on my rMBP 15".
So far I noticed NO IR at all. I've made tests for 15,30,40 and 60min. So far, 0 secs of IR. The LG screen is from Week 39, just wondering if someone else had issues with week 39 screens? I'm kinda afraid that later I'll be getting IR, since my laptop is just 1 week old...
If you got issues on week 39 LG screens please let me know when they started and how bad they are! Thank you

Same here. Got my 15" rMBP/LG Panel 2 weeks ago and no IR issues at all (did the checkboard test for about 30min).

I really don't think the production weeks matter, since this problem has been reported since the beginning until recently.

And most with LG screens develop this problem after a few weeks or even months, apparently.

After the initial batches of terrible IR, LG's have seen great improvement. Don't believe the paranoia you read. Besides, slight IR will be on the displays, Samsung or LG regardless.

You have two options.

1) Flawless LG with meh slight, non-noticeable IR

or

2) No IR Samsung with the plethora of problems like blue/pink hues and dead pixels.

Just prey you dont get a sudden burst of dead or popping pixels like I have after just 2 months on my LG
