rMBP acting weird, no charge

So earlier today my rMBP (bought launch day) slowed down considerably and became incredibly laggy. I made it through class, closed it, and put it in my backpack.
About three hours later, I take it out, find the computer to be incredibly hot, and it won't turn on. I plug it in (light turns red; charging), and the computer will turn on when it's plugged in, but the battery indicator won't go above 0% and it shuts off every time I unplug it.
Thoughts?

If first reset doesn't have any affect, try it a couple more times. If you still don't see any change, call AppleCare or make an appt at an Apple Store.

Take it to an Apple store (make an appointment first), they can diagnose it.
