rMBP average turn around for screen repair

What's the average turn around to get your LCD replaced after the 14 day exchange? Do they send you a brand new unit or just spend a day to repair it?
 
They will probably replace the screen. MacBook screen replacements aren't too difficult so I could see you getting it back in under a week
